I have made several improvements to the home over the years including updated kitchen, hard wood floors, most of the plumbing and some electrical work. The addition on the back of the house was done in 2000 by previous owner and that created an additional bedroom on the main floor, out of the back of the house. The upstairs has 4 bedrooms. I did not count the basement as a bedroom but it is finished, has an air supply, legal ceiling height, legal windows, separate entrance and a half bath.
