Home is pet-friendly. Master bedroom with California King bed has balcony and beautiful bathroom with shower and jet jacuzzi tub. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms on 2nd floor have queen and trundle (double twin) beds, respectively, and share a full bath. 4th and 5th bedrooms on 3rd floor both have Queen beds. One of the bedrooms has its own full bath and the other one has a cute balcony. There is also an office with desk on the 3rd floor. The home has a lovely front porch and a back patio with an outside shower, patio set and grill. Renter is responsible for utilities. Owner pays for sewerage, landscaping and snow plowing. NO smoking allowed.
