The room is ~160 ft (~14' x 11.5'), fully furnished (full-sized bed, dresser, standing desk, bookshelves, office chair, under-bed storage), and has a ~25 ft closet. The room also comes with storage space in the garage. The bathroom is shared with two other tenants. The house also has a fully furnished kitchen (full access), a well-apportioned living room, a second living room that serves as a convertible guest room, a sweet backyard (hot tub, gazebo, fire pit, smoker, grill, lights), a converted garage gym (Peloton, free weights including barbells and dumbbells, pull-up bar, resistance bands), a washer and dryer, and a dining room.
