This is a fully furnished, newly remodeled apartment below the main house on a sunny, quiet street. All new appliances: stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, countertop oven, and washer/dryer (in the garage and exclusive to the apartment). Full size bed. All bath and bed linens are provided. Fully stocked kitchen including cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. Fastest available wifi with your own connection (no sharing a network with the adjoining house). Washer/dryer are in the garage and exclusive to the apartment. No smoking, please. Month-to-month lease only. All utilities (high speed wifi, water, electricity, garbage/recycling pick-up) are included in the rent, so no need to set up everything in your name. Pets are OK with a pet deposit of $300. Security deposit of $2300 to move in. There is also a $100 cleaning fee that is non-refundable. So move in with a pet is $5000 or $4700 with no pet. You're welcome to invite people over, but please keep the noise down. This is a quiet neighborhood with mostly retirees, so help us keep our neighbors happy. We require you give us 30-days notice when you are leaving, and we will give you the same notice when we need the apartment. (We will eventually because a family member will live in it during a construction project at our home in the summer.)
