No need to move in your furniture or set up utilities in your name. It's all included! And the short-term, month-to-month lease gives you flexibility. At the end of a quiet street, this newly updated home has all the appliances you need: range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and washer/dryer. Two good sized bedrooms both have queen beds and large double closets. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Another full bath with a shower/tub is in the hallway. The TV in the living room has Roku or you're welcome to bring your own device. Central air conditioning and heating will keep you comfortable. If you're working from home, the house has the fastest wifi available. All utilities are included (high speed wifi, water, gas, electricity, garbage). No smoking, please. The house is a reverse floor plan, meaning that the living space is on the second floor above the garage, so there are stairs leading to the front door. This house is at the end of a quiet street, surrounded by older neighbors. You're welcome to invite guests over, but please help us keep our neighbors happy and keep the noise level low. You'll have to fill out an application that will be a credit and background check. This is all done online through Zillow's application service. The cost is $29. This is a requirement before accepting you as a tenant. (If you are displaced because of damage to your home, we still require this even if your rent is reimbursed by your insurance company.) Terms of the lease are month-to-month. To move in, you'll need the security deposit ($4300, refundable at the end of your stay with any damages deducted) + first month's rent ($4300) + $250 cleaning fee (non-refundable) which totals to $8850. The pet deposit, also refundable at the end of your stay, is $500. Unfortunately, we don't have flexibility about the terms of the rental. It's only a month-to-month rental (no long term leases). We require you give us 30-days notice at the first of the month when you are leaving, and we will give you the same notice if we need the house. We're looking forward to showing you this house!
