The condo offers great amenities such as direct beachfront and boardwalk access, bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk, a washer and dryer on each floor with payment by app at $2 per load, a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of beds and bathrooms, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, and fitness center access. Enjoy 2 complimentary parking spots per reservation with provided parking codes. Pets are welcome with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) and dogs only, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. The property is smoke-free, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance. Long-term stays (30 days+) are subject to a background search and credit check. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and violations will result in police involvement.
