Beach gear is available on site as well for your enjoyment. It is perfectly located close to many restaurants, shops, adventures at Belmont Park and plenty of water sports. There is a parking space at the back of the house. Owner pays for garbage, internet and sewer. Renter is responsible for gas, electric and water. Minimum term 6 month lease. No pets or smoking please. Local noise ordinance enforced.
