A heat lamp keeps it warm during winter showers. The bathtub, toilet, and sink are meticulously cleaned after each use no visible stains, hair, bodily fluids, or toothpaste splashes. The mirror is bright and spotless. This apartment is only available to someone who is extremely clean. 8/1/2025 - 7/31/2026. I could let you move in couple days earlier without extra rent.
