Here is what our Seller will miss about their Koa Resort home. It's not without a little sadness that we have decided to sell our beautifully upgraded condo. We have very much enjoyed our daily beach walks,(across the street) swimming in the large, year round heated pool, with Hot Tub. The tennis courts have been a great source of exercise and play. It has never been easier to stay in shape while having so much fun. The Cabana is quipped with a ping pong table, gas BBQ grills even a library and WiFi. A wonderful farmer's marker, great shopping and restaurants are very convenient as well. W will miss sitting on our large, covered stone tiled Lanai overlooking the a gorgeous tropical garden. Oh, did we mention the over sized custom shower that has been so very kind to our elbows and knees? The custom kitchen done in cherry wood is a gourmet's delight with room for two. This kitchen which includes a a walk in, Costco sized pantry, large island, pull outs, even has a trash compactor! Come take one look and you too will fall in love with this home!
