Rent this room in a 2 bath 4 bdr apartment for 445 per month plus utilities. you pay 445 per month regardless of how many rooms are occupied and the utilities cost is divided equally among the tenants. this is a 1 year lease I'd like to have someone take over and the lease is over on June 1st 2021.
