The spacious suite features 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests, offering a private balcony with fantastic views and a living room with a queen sleeper sofa. The suite includes a king-size bed in the master bedroom with a flat-screen TV and an ensuite bathroom featuring an oversized jetted tub. The second bedroom offers two full-size beds and a flat-screen TV. The living room opens out onto a furnished private patio and includes a TV with complimentary cable. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, garbage disposal, dishwasher, full-sized oven and stove top, microwave, and all necessary dishes, flatware, and cookware. A convenient in-suite washer and dryer are also available. Free parking is available, limited to two vehicles per suite. For families, a "Pack 'N Play Crib" and a highchair are available for a one-time fee of $40 each. The condo is minutes away from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. It is conveniently located near a great selection of restaurants, shopping spots, and entertainment. Nearby attractions include the Camping World Stadium, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, Amway Center, Orlando Science Center, Lake Eola Park, and The Florida Mall. Guests have full access to the resort amenities with the key card provided, but there is no access to the front desk management of the building. Key collection for entry into the unit is at a nearby location, and instructions will be provided. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Parties or events are not allowed, and violations will result in being asked to leave with no refund. Smoking inside the home will incur a $150 fine. A $150 fine will also be charged for losing the key card or checking out late, per hour past check-out. Pets are not allowed on the premises, and firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited.
