Lower level has some finished space curretnly being used as a sewing room and a small workshop area. There are lots of trees and plants on the lot which makes the backyard very private. There is a nice sized deck off of the back with an area covered to give you shade on those hot summer days. New shingles and exterior paint in 2010. Upgrated the insulation in 2006. Original siding was replaced in 1992 due to a tornado.
