This is a 3 bedroom home with a Mother In-Law apartment attached to the house which will be occupied by the owner and or designated individual sporadically. Washer and dryer is to be shared in the utility room. The rest of the utility room is for the owner's exclusive use. Privacy locks for each door. Driveway will be for exclusive use of renter. Owner's parking area will be beside and to the north of the driveway when MIL apt is in use. Separate front door entrances to MIL apartment and house. One year lease minimum - $2300 monthly with security deposit of $1,000 and if applicable, pet deposit $150. (First and Last month required). Utilities run together for MIL apt and house....which will remain in owners name (water, electric, gas, wifi, lawn mowing, etc., $500 a month and is included in the $2300.) Should this amount be exceeded on the alloted 500.00... any overage on utilites will be the responsibility of renter. (No individual deposits required by renter). No smoking in house. No subleasing.. only those on lease may reside in house.
