Downey Unified is an excellent school district. Warren is the high school for our address. The house has a new roof, new ceramic tile floors throughout, fresh paint and new electrical outlets. The kitchen cabinets are original and in very good condition. There is a refrigerator, stove and washer/dryer in the house. The stove and dryer have extended warranties. Central air and ceiling fans are in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. There are both front and back yards with nice landscaping and fruit trees, all of which require regular watering as there is no sprinkler system in place yet. I pay for basic gardening service-mow and blow. There is also a one car garage space suitable for storage. This is a friendly neighborhood where people walk their dogs regularly. Parking is tight in this area. If you have more than 2 vehicles this neighborhood won't be a good fit for you. We are looking for tenants who will be a good fit for our house. I take good care of the property and respond quickly when service issues come up. We expect our tenants to do the same as this is our home. I live nearby and can make arrangements to show it most afternoons and evenings. If we decide it's a good fit for you, you can fill out the application and take the house.
