Walking distance to public transportation-major bus lines. This is a great location however parking can be an issue. If you have more than 2 cars this may not be a good fit for you. There is a shared driveway. New ceramic tile floors, fresh paint, new electrical outlets. Garbage disposal, refrigerator and existing washer and dryer. Well maintained front and back yards. Plenty of space for a backyard patio set. Rio Hondo Elementary, Griffith Middle School and Warren High School are the local schools for this address. The house is divuded into 2 sections-the main house includes the kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
