Please note, due to the building's historic nature, there are no elevators, and this unit is on the second floor. We welcome both long- and short-term reservations, and the building is pet-friendly! Furnished rental with flexible lease terms available - one month to one year. A $250 cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit at the end of your lease. For stays of 90 days or longer, a $70 credit is provided toward the electric bill each month. Any charges exceeding this amount will be added to your next month's rent. We do not accept reusable tenant screening reports.
