All renters signing the lease will be responsible for the cost of a consumer credit report. The cost is $25. A background check will also be completed on each tenant signing the lease. A $25 background check fee will only be required for non-Wisconsin resident applicants. Criteria for Applicants Applying: 1. Good credit history & having credit score of 660 or higher. 2. Good rental history, no evictions, and history of paying rent on time. 3. 3 to 1 Income to Rent Ration (Is negotiable) 4. Things we look at with criminal history include the nature & severity of offense, when it occurred, and anything that would jeopardize the safety of the property. 5. Truthful application completion. Key Lease Terms: -The lease is one year in length -A new lease will need to be signed each year. -Rent is paid the 1st of each month -Renter is responsible for all utilities (Heating/Cooling, Electricity, Sewer/Water/Refuse, Internet). -Heating/Cooling is paid monthly.
