There is a back lot with plenty of parking space and a raised porch at the entrance. Rent is $540 per month, negotiable within reason. The lease ends May 15th, 2016. Move-in date negotiable. You would be living with four (4) other tenants, all good guys who will respect your space and privacy. Tenant is responsible to pay for gas/electricity, water, and cable/internet.
