Any signs of indoor smoking will result in cleaning fees and possible lease termination. 11. Parking No curbside parking permitted. Community Rules Tenant must comply with all HOA and community guidelines, including noise levels, trash disposal, parking, and use of amenities. Quiet hours: 10 PM 7 AM 13.
