I'm very fond of this apartment. The neighborhood is really nice, and the location is just perfect for a place like Ann Arbor. It's close to the YMCA; it's a 5 min walk to Downtown and a 15-20 min walk to Central Campus. The property management company is very prompt and efficient. Maintenance requests are handled very efficiently. Overall I have no complaints with the place whatsoever. Hi! I'm going away for a bit, so I'm looking to sublet my unit from November 2025 to January/February 2026. The rent is 1500, and the subtenant will pay for the electricity used in that period. I have a personal WiFi connection that I will pay for even while I'm away. I have a renters insurance in my name, and I will keep paying for it as well.
