    The seller had planned to build a two story home to enjoy an ocean view. Aerial photos are attached. What the owner has learned, the food forest on this land was first planted around 1940. The trees include: avocado, oranges, tangerine, mac nut, Malabar chestnut, loquat, cherimoya, mango, coconut, lychee, coffee, lilikoi, seashell ginger, hoja Santa, 2 banana groves, guave, thimble berries, and a large jabuticaba grove. There is also a kombucha squash plant and the raised beds with cucumber and tomatoes. The decorative plants are night blooming jasmine, dracaena, torch ginger, and white ginger. Lot does not have a water meter. Seller had planned to build a home on the lot and originally had purchased the 4.5acre parcel which he subdivided using Wes Thomas. Once the subdivision was approved, he was informed that the Department of Water Supply requires a property without a water meter to have a 10K gallon capacity holding tank and a fire department hook up for fire control. The alternative is to pay to install a fire hydrant near the property.
