Credit History: An unsatisfactory credit report can disqualify an applicant from renting an apartment period an unsatisfactory credit report is one, which reflects past or current bad debt, late payments, or unpaid bills, liens, judgments or bankruptcies. Or a credit score below 600. If an applicant is rejected for poor credit history, the applicant will be given the name address and phone number of the credit reporting agency that provided the credit report. An applicant rejected for unsatisfactory credit is encouraged to obtain a copy of their credit report from the credit reporting agency, correct any erroneous information that may be on the report, and submit an application again. Falsifying information: by signing the application you are claiming that all this information is true. If you knowingly give false or inaccurate information, your application will be denied. Income: applicants must have a gross income source that can be verified and is at least two times the monthly rent of the apartment being least. Acceptable income verification may include paystubs receive during the last month, signed employment verification on a company letterhead, a W2, a personal income tax return. Self-employed applicants will be required to supply the most recent tax return. Criminal History: a criminal background check will be performed and you hereby grant permission for this check to be performed. The application will be rejected for any of the following criminal reasons, which have incurred within the last 10 years prior to this application date.
