Detroit, MI 48214 * Q: How does the application process work? * A: There are 2 steps in the process. First we will show you the unit and if everything works out we will provide you with a lease agreement. After you submit the lease agreement we will review your documents and details. After review if we decide to proceed with the lease we will send your lease agreement to Shoreline East for processing. This step takes around 1 week and requires a $250 processing fee. * Q: How much is needed to move in? * A: To move-in, we require 1 month refundable security deposit and first month's rent. *Q: Are there any other fees? *A: Only other requirement is that you carry renters' insurance. This is usually very inexpensive - around $20-$30 per month. There is also a $250 pet fee charged by the building if you have pets. Please inquire for details if applicable.
