Just minutes from Denver's main highways, you will have quick and easy access to Downtown Denver, Downtown Boulder as well as the foothills/mountains. This home is a short drive to boutique shops and highly-rated restaurants in Olde Town Arvada! A dog and one cat live at the house with the owner. Owner lives in basement and will be there sometimes and has her own entrance through the garage. Laundry room access & backyard are shared. WARNING we have a cat that lives with us. He won't be there when you visit and we clean after him very well but if you have extreme allergies this location may not be for you. Arvada has a strict 10pm noise level ordinance as this home is in a quiet family neighborhood and we want to help mitigate any potential issues with the neighbors. Thank you! 5. Extra cleaning fees will be applied if the house is not cared for and not left reasonably clean: - 'Reasonably clean' includes: washing the dishes you have used, disposing of trash in proper bins which are located in outside of the garage in driveway. - Leaving furniture/beds in their original location, all towels and linens must be accounted for. Please be careful of the white sheets/ towels and comforters and use the supplied make up wipes for removal of makeup. -Trash: Trash bins are on the side of the house. Please place all trash in bags before placing it in the bin. We have recycling and ask that you please do not put any recycling in a bag. 6. BBQ is also available for you use. Please make sure to turn off the gas as the tank can leak and it can also be dangerous. We do not guarantee that there will be gas in the propane tank and if you find that the tank is empty, we have extra tanks on the side of the home next to the trash bins, or please just message Hillary and ask here where they are located and if needed, switch it out and if there are none, we ask that you please go get a replacement tank to switch it out at the local store in town and send us a receipt and we will reimburse you for it. 7. Please no illegal drugs of any kind allowed on the premises. 8. Please no illegal activities of any kind is allowed on the premises and that includes any commercial videotaping of any kind. Please inquire about any commercial videotaping or if you want to conduct an interview at the home as it is permitted on a case by case. 9. We have video cameras outside of the home in the front to help keep you safe as well as protect the property. Don't be alarmed, there are none inside.
