This is a vacant piece of land in downtown Historical Natchez. It is NOT presently in buildable condition. It will need dirt work and or a step side foundation as it's on a slope. The house that previously sat here 30 years ago collapsed due to a water main break and poor site preparation and construction. A geo tech report was done after the house collapsed and they suggested and earthen berm with a bench cross section. As this was performed 30 years ago a new report is requested by the city of Natchez before building. So you will need geotechnical engineer to survey the site to see what needs to be done to get the site construction ready. I have all correspondence with the City of Natchez.
