Neighborhood Description Our Neighbors are great friendly and quiet....very respectful no loud music. No barking dogs or cats (LOL) Neighborhood pool and tennis courts are a very nice place to relax and get some exercise. This is a very nice neighborhood with a very active HOA....this is not the kind of neighborhood where people change the oil or have ugly cars that they never drive in front. No boats in drive ways either. 2 parks on either side of neighbor hood with very well kept common grounds. HOA dues have never increased that I know of.
