Applicant(s) must provide past landlord information with current contact info in their application 5. Applicant(s) must provide proof of income by copy of most recent three month's paystubs. Self employed applicants must provide a certified copy of the most previous year's IRS tax return. 6. The security deposit shall be equal to one month's rent. 7. Small pets are allowed. Number of pets are subject to approval of Landlords. Any and all pets are subject to individual approval by in-person meeting with Landlords. A refundable pet deposit of 25% of the monthly rent is required in addition to the regular deposit and a monthly pet rent of $30/month will be added to the base rent. 8.
