Metered street parking is available along Howard Avenue for $3 per hour, Monday through Saturday and free on Sundays. Additional services to make your visit even more comfortable, like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available), are available for an additional fee. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty applies for lost key fobs. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a minimum age of 22 for out-of-town guests and 25 for local guests. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
