I have a duplex with the back house available for rent per room. There are 2 current rooms available and the other 2 are occupied. The living room is a shared space and everything is divided among tenants. There is one restroom. Please call for more details because I have a room with a closet and the restroom connecting and I also have simple regular bedrooms. Each room varies in price College students are preferred. Younger children and pets are not preferred. This is a great room to have if you are looking for a short-term stay and I may also help you with a comfortable long-term as well. There are lots of attractions near by if you are new to the States with friendly neighbors! :) (Spanish speaking owner) Landlord is super nice. Just looking for some laidback people that need a room to rent. Occupants need to be clean or else a fee will be placed for uncleanliness. There will be a 4 day grace period for paying rent, after that, another fee will be placed. SPANISH SPEAKING/Bilingual ONLY to ensure proper communication between renter and tenants.
