    This is a newly renovated house that I've had as a rental home for several years and I'm now retired from my business and just thought it would make sense to retire from everything. This is obviously not a great time to be selling real estate, so I totally renovated the house and I'm pricing it well below what it would appraise for. That makes it a fantastic way for a family to own a 3 bedroom house or for an investor to have easy positive cash flow. You can truly OWN a completely renovated house and pay less per month than just renting a house! The house features vinyl siding, a brand new metal roof, new deck with columns, fresh paint throughout, a newly fenced back yard and new flooring throughout. The flooring includes brand new carpet in each of the bedrooms and wood floors through the kitchen, dining room and the hallway. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. All 3 bedrooms are good sized and the kitchen area is huge. I have not finished everything in the yard simply because I would rather let you decide what you prefer and I can get it done extremely reasonably. The home is in a good neighborhood, close to schools, shopping, great restaurants and Tyndall Air Force Base.I have had tons of offers with owner financing to go along with it. I won't say that I absolutely won't be willing to owner finance, but keep in mind that I'm not going to just basically pick up "rent" each month and then give the house away in the deal. In other words it would have to be a decent down payment and payments at least as much as the rent I can get anyway. I vastly prefer to sell the house since I recently retired and plan to travel a bit.
