    House has been completely remodeled and back deck added with roof and metal roof installed on whole house and 100 sq ft block storage building with new metal roof. lot goes to creek.. heat pump installed and chain link fence..new windows..very nice little house..hardwood floors and sheetrock new cabinets and appliances. Renter in place for last 6 years. First person that seen it rented it. Rent is just 550. It should be 725.00 but rented it to a single lady and she is awesome. I never hear from her. Oh i did tile the kit and bathroom and hall. New doors thruout inside and out. and new metal roof . 50 year warrenty. Unfinished half basment. Nice creek but hid from any houses. A great creek getaway. No big fish but little ones and amazing creek quiet peace.
