Fenced in back yard. Two parking spot driveway. Pets negotiable with additional deposit/monthly rent. Very quiet neighborhood. Unfinished basement with washer and dryer we are leaving behind however if they break landlord is not responsible for replacement. No central air, but we are leaving behind three brand new window units that did the job for our summer here with no issues. Portable dishwasher will also be left behind. Tenants responsible for all utilities and lawn maintenance. Background check, references, and proof of income is required. We re sad to move and only leaving due to an out of state job transfer. Landlord is a wonderful human who is very responsive and kind. Tenant responsible for all utilities. Trash provided by city of Grandview.
