    Quiet, peaceful, fully furnished and newly renovated studio unit attached to home with private, separate entrance in Tumwater Hills neighborhood. Includes a full kitchen (full fridge and microwave, gas range, quartz countertops), loft with queen bed, separate bathroom and walk-in laundry closet (with full size washer and dryer). Unit includes a 50" smart TV and dedicated work space. Enjoy the spacious (8'x20') covered deck overlooking a large fenced backyard. That's not all - park your car in a shared garage with remote opener with extra storage area! The loft sleeping area is comfortable but cozy with "ship ladder" access. It is built to OSHA standards (# steps, angle, width, etc.) with handrails, but may not be ideal for those who are uncomfortable with these type of steps and low overhead space. If you would like a tour, please tell us a little about those renting for the safety of current tenants (employment, vehicles and number of applicants and anything else of note). Very competitive flat monthly fee of $150 for all utilities based on historical averages - electric, water/sewer, garbage, and excellent internet signal. Tenant will be asked to report electric sub-meter readings to landlord upon request (typically first day of the month). Terms: lease duration flexible - 1 to 12 months. Maximum occupancy two people. Smoking ok outdoors and on deck. The unit is in the heart of a residential neighborhood with working people and families, so this is not a place for parties, though low-key socializing is welcome. Quiet times apply between 8am and 8pm, particularly as we head into the autumn/winter months. The neighborhood is very walkable (expecially if you like hills!) with many sidewalks and is close to shopping and countless restaurants in both West Olympia (Trader Joes and Haggen are 4 minutes away) and Tumwater (Costco, Walmart, Fred Meyer are 7 minutes away). Within walking distance to beautiful SPSCC campus.
