Rent: Monthly rent is $10,000 for a 12-month lease, payable in advance on the first of each month. 3. Shorter Lease Option: Shorter leases are available at a higher monthly rate; specific terms are to be agreed upon based on the duration. 4. Utilities are not included. 5. No Smoking: Smoking of any kind, including tobacco, cannabis, and vaping, is strictly prohibited within the premises.
