Utilities is only electric and WiFi which is approximately max $240 a month split two ways (120 each) can be a little more depending on electric. Rent is $750 a month not including the utilities and security deposit is 1x monthly rent. Must pass background check and credit check and interview. Looking for another fem (open to opposite gender) only who is a working professional and is clean,no drugs, respectful, responsible , does not steal, fairly quiet and is not a party animal and won't have guests over all the time(:.
