A new Metal roof and new Lennox 2 1/2 ton AC were installed in March 2019, In February 2004 all of the exterior windows (including the 8' sliders) were replaced with the high impact type. The front door was replaced with a stained glass type, The side door was replaced with a glass type with adjustable blinds inside of it. Also the front entry has a stained glass window adding more light throughout the living room area. New sewage line from the house to the city connection was replaced. The house has central gas heat, gas dryer, gas hot water. ***Fall of 2020 a full Kitchen tear out and remodel was completed. This included all new wiring in the kitchen, the ceiling was raised to a proper 8'1" height. All new high-end soft closed cabinets with quartz countertops.. Also new LVP flooring was completed throughout the house. And there is no longer popcorn ceilings!
