My roommate and I (we are in our early 30s) are looking for a third roommate to rent the third bedroom in a 3.5 bathroom condo for a start date of October 1. Rent is $820/month. You would have your own private bathroom attached to your bedroom. The condo is newly renovated and the kitchen is beautiful. The condo is three stories with an in-unit washer and dryer. The condo is located on Roosevelt and is walkable to Roosevelt Row. We have a two-car garage for some storage. Possibility of parking in the garage. We are clean and respectful. Both of us work full time (sometimes in office and often in home) during the day. We are both pretty active and are quiet early in the evening. No cigarette smoking. Lease will be 1 year. Possibility of a garage spot.
