Kitchen includes everything needed to host and cook for 9 (cookware & dining). The outdoor area includes upper and lower decks with wonderful views of the lake along with a seating area for 8. After a long day playing in the water or cruising the lake, get cozy around the fire pit with seating for 8 (firewood provided). The dock is boat friendly and guests are able to tie up on two sides of the dock. Cleats and fenders are on both sides for added protection to your watercraft. Water depth is around 6 feet depending on the time of year. The dock slip (boat lift) is occupied all year by my personal boat. The game room is the latest addition to the property boasting a spacious area for the family to engage in friendly competition.
