RAJ goes in-and-out of the Zen Bungalow during the day and sleeps in the apartment during the evening In taking over the Zen Bungalow, you'll be responsible for feeding RAJ in the morning & making sure he's inside the ZB at night. All of RAJ's financial expenses are paid for in-perpetuity by the previous ZB tenant Must be excited to co-parent RAJ! While RAJ is extremely affectionate with humans, he becomes very territorial with other animals. As such, the new Zen Bungalow tenant will be prohibited from having other animals on-site.
