This rental requires a year long lease with a possibility to go month to month after that. Up front you will pay for the first months rent of $3,500 along with a deposit equal to one months rent. The lease does not include utilities so you will be responsible for those as well. If you are interested in seeing the property and submitting an application a $45 dollar fee is associated with that to run your credit and background check per person.
