Room details
Cozy private bedroom and bath with an external entrance up for rent! The house is a piece of history. Built in 1899 and designed by John C. Austin, who also built the Griffith Observatory and the Shrine Auditorium. Here's your chance to live in one of the first mansions built in Los Angeles.
The room itself comes furnished with a queen mattress and modern steel frame.
Located in the heart of Westlake, the house is walking distance to MacArther Park and very close to downtown. Parking is not included, as the back lot is already full, but there is a parking structure and lot around the corner available for a monthly fee.
