We recently remodeled the entire house. Hardwood (parquet) floors in the bedrooms. Carpet in the living rooms, newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom, nice little Sun Room. Full unfinished basement. Large backyard. Renter is responsible for all utilities, all normal upkeep, damages they've incurred, etc. This is a non smoking/vaping home. No pets, no exceptions. Renter is responsible to list everyone on the application that may be residing at the residence even if only part time. The Landlord is responsible for all structural issues found during an onsite inspection. Renter will also need to sign an addendum which details cost of repairs, etc.
