It overlooks the golf course and woods in the back, allowing for plenty of privacy and is pretty far back from a quiet street. Other amenities include access to the nearby Toftrees clubhouse, which has a lounge with TV, fitness center, pool table, kitchen, access to a business center with free printing, and a 3-season outdoor pool (complete with outdoor lounge and BBQ space).
