No smoking inside but okay around the building. One other little thing is that renter will be responsible for lawn mowing, the back/front yard. I am looking for someone who can do a 6 month/ 1 year lease. Also looking for someone who likes to keep things neat and clean. Renter can check images for there room, renter will split the electricity/water bill. I take care of gas and trash so no need to worry about that.
I will ask for at least 3 month pay stubs from your current job ( one pay stub for each month) photo ID and ssn. Currently, I am in and out of town, so I am renting the bigger room and decided to rent the room to help with paying for the bills.
