Home was purchased in 2010 from Fannie Mae. Both full baths (2) and the kitchen were taken down to the studs and new plumbing as well as electrical wiring was installed; new plumbing fixtures, appliances, flooring, lighting fixtures and custom made cabinets were installed. Plumbing and lighting fixtures and cabinets in two half baths were replaced. A wall separating the kitchen and eating area was removed to provide a view of the south Mentor lagoon from both rooms. The entire interior and and exterior was painted and the roof replaced after a complete tear off of the old one. The deck railings were replace to code. All renovation work was performed under a permit from the City of Mentor, OH.
