We love our home. We were looking for a home that wasn't a cookie cutter home. We got it! The craftsman ship is what we dreamed of. We have five bedrooms. We use one as a library and one for a studio. We are 5 minutes from the mouth of Ogden Canyon. The view of the mountains is spectacular! We sit on 14,000 square ft. Our bedroom & library are finished in the attic. We just put in a half bath. There is a small portion of the attic has a window that is wired ready to be finished. The front door is wood and the porch is made of brick also from 1871 (very cool) The back yard is completely fenced in and there is RV parking. We love our hocus pocus house. We aren't selling it. We just want to know what its worth.
