Smoking: Smoking by Tenant or Tenant's guests is not permitted on the Property (including, but not limited to, the common areas of the Property or the private balcony). If smoking is not permitted and does occur on the Property, Tenant will be in default and responsible for any damages. Smoking is permitted on the street.
