Keys checked out on Friday must be checked out before 4 pm and be returned by 5 pm. We require a refundable $10/key deposit, cash only, and a photocopy of a government issued ID. We conditionally allow pets with a onetime, non-refundable pet fee. Dog breed must be approved. Apartments have a 20 LB weight restriction on pets.
