These beautiful 40 acres are quiet and secluded. There is a beautiful spot cleared to build a dream home with new water lines, new septic, and electric. We rented a dozer and built a large pond and cleared several food plots. We've managed the surrounding 150 acres for trophy whitetail deer the last two years. The mobile home was purchased to live in while we built a home. However, we're moving and didn't get to begin construction.
