During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as Seven Eagles Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers, and Linear Park, Homestead Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa, Carriage Pointe Pool and Spa, Heritage Crossing Pools A and B, Wading Pool, and Spa, The Terraces Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion, Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park, and Grand Traverse Parkway Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center. Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. This RFID will only grant access to the CDD amenities listed above. Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience at Palmer, Nicklaus, or Watson Golf Courses. Booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.
Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full-time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts. While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the parking lot.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM. In order to prepare the property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided. There is a coffee maker, however, coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. The property is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park in the driveway. Parking passes will be provided by the gate security guard upon entry into the community. Shoes should be wiped at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. Respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. Keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless firearms are kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. The reservation may be terminated without refund, and/or monetary fines may be pursued if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
